- Scope of Service
TalentLift provides a platform for users to design, host, and manage personal portfolio websites. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use the service. - Account Responsibilities
Security: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Accuracy: You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content: All templates, UI designs, logos, and code provided by TalentLift are the property of Praveen Kumar and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited license to use these for your personal portfolio only.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of the text, images, and documents you upload. However, you grant TalentLift a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content to provide the service.
- Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
Upload “phishing” content or malware.
Attempt to reverse-engineer the TalentLift platform or templates.
Spam or harass other users.
- Payments and Renewals
All fees are quoted in INR (or USD, as applicable).
Subscription: Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly/yearly).
Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes (GST, etc.) associated with your purchase.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praveen Kumar shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of TalentLift. We do not guarantee that the service will be 100% uninterrupted or error-free.
