No Cancellation: As TalentLift provides immediate access to digital assets and portfolio-building tools upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the transaction is complete and access is granted.
Refund Eligibility: All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases, such as verified duplicate payments or a permanent technical failure on our part that prevents you from accessing the service.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method with in 7 days
Non-Refundable Scenarios: We do not offer refunds for “change of mind,” dissatisfaction with templates after access, or if you have already published your portfolio to a live URL.
